At Canterbury Lavender, we comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

Change of Mind Returns:

- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
