returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care that our products are free from defects and damage. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging, we reserved the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

We only offer refunds or exchanges on items that are damaged or defective, if you wish to return an item for another reason we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund or exchange, we will provide instructions on how to process the refund and or ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Refund to your credit card or bank account will take approximately 1 to 4 working days to be fully processed back to you.
