Domestic delivery within New Zealand:

Canterbury Lavender uses NZ Post and NZ couriers to deliver our website orders in New Zealand only. For rural delivery addresses please ensure you put the appropriate postcode when making an order.

Processing Time:

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Times (Estimated):

- NZ Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

- you can track your orders, we will email your tracking number as your order has been packed and sent from Canterbury Lavender.

Shipping Rates:

- Flat rate: $16 NZD

Delays:

While we are in a rural post area ourselves, we do our best to deliver on time, Canterbury Lavender is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services outside our control.
